COMPLETING THE SUNWHEEL

Nov. 9, 2000

The last day of Sunwheel construction, Nov. 9, 2000, started out foggy, and then became sunny and warm, with rain forecast for the evening. It was critical that we finish the Sunwheel before the rain, or construction would be halted.
